thx for doctor share. any possible lead is a lead. my occipital nerve issue is believed to be from the greater occipital getting lodged over a neck ligament, then scar tissue (neuroma) developing over the next 21 months or so while it went undiagnosed, yet lots of neck stretching and therapy and I was instructed to try to push past my symptoms... and now it has a much lower threshold before it does what it does. The third neurologist that finally diagnosed it actually apologized to me showing remorse that I had not found him before the others before him. Damage is done.
