Default Hello my name is Bilateral Elbow Tendonitis....

..with a pinch of right thumb tendonitis. :p
I have been out of work since January this year (rsi work injury. Thank you lattes and frappucinos!!) Its been hard- but I don't need to tell yall that, we're in a similar boat- if not, the same boat! I still hurt. My maximum PT is almost out. Gums are bleeding from 6 months of anti-inflammatories. Edging closer to being deemed Permanent and Stationary. I'm beyond upset because I KNOW that I'd be better if the WC insurance could just give me permission for intensive PT..... but I live in California (Thank you Governator!!)
Its hard to stay positive these days. I want to be better so I can live life fully, unafraid of pain. Its just hard when I feel hopeless and helpless. :(
I wanted to join this community to try and gain a sense of being active in healing despite the limits I face right now. Thank you for having me!!

Hi thursday and welcome!

I'm so sorry that you're having a difficult time doing what you need to do in order to get/do better.

I'm glad you've found us. You'll find alot of great, caring, and fun people here. Being in a support community like this has helped me SO MUCH to retain the "ME" that I felt was slowly disappearing due to life and disability.

Take your time, look around and jump in when the water feels right.

Again, welcome.

KD
