Default RSD / Bone

Hi there
Ive just been diagnosed with RSD in my left leg and my foots held in eversion no matter how much I try to move it I simply cant. I was just wondering because my foots held in eversion and because Im still growing will my bones stay in that position, and also will one bone grow bigger than the other???
Please reply I need help
