Default Vision got dark?

hi all I've been to the eye doctors numerous times. He said my eyes are fine but I noticed today my vision started to get black for a second if that makes sense then it went away and now I see fine. I'm not going blind am I? Almost six months into my concussion recovery. It didn't go completely black but it looked like my vision go darker for a second then returned to normal. My eyes have an issue now where they get dry a lot. My eye doctor noticed it and said to use eye drops frequently
