hi!
currently healing from a concussion sustained in a work injury in august that i was hospitalized for 2 days with. september diagnosed with post concussion syndrome & told to stop working, october told to drop uni classes. temporarily moved in with family across the country while recovering. thankful for my family but it is a difficult time as i was supposed to graduate this year & had plans to attend grad school. it's also a challenge to accept what i'm capable of doing these days, as i was very busy and active prior to the accident. i deal with constant headaches, sometimes so painful & disabling that all i can do is be in a dark, quiet room. i experience vertigo, constant fatigue, occasional tinnitus, difficulty concentrating and am more emotional than usual. looking for support here & thankful that i found this group |

Welcome to the board. I can only imagine how hard it is to recover from a concussion that has been so severe. Wish you best of luck
