Question nutrition for celiacs

hi everybody,
after being told for two years that i have psoriasis,i diagnosed myself with celiac.dermatitis herpetiformis was taking over my body.preventions website lead me to megadosing fish oil which healed my skin about 90%.i have just had a stomach biopsy done to confirm a posative antigen test.can anyone tell me if vitamin c will cause more damage to my stomach?
