Hi my name is Doug, I was just diagnosed with idiopathic small fiber neuropathy thru skin biopsy. It was a surprise to get told that than have the doctor offer nothing...
I found this FORM now I trying to understand the supplements that I should take to cover all my bases.
At this point I just have numbness in my feet and some in my legs...no pain yet so I really want to get started with the supplements as soon as I can.

I can still feel cold and hot and some touch.

Reading the success stories gives me hope and will help with the Anxiety/Deperssion/Anger and stress I am going thru.

Thanks for the Help!

Default Welcome to Neurotalk--

--though I'm sorry for the small-fiber neuropathy that led you to find us.

We have a LOT of information over at our peripheral neuropathy section that might be useful--not only on supplements, but on other ways to reduce symptoms, possible causes, tests that might be useful to have done, and the like, so come on over and visit (it's a very knowledgeable group):
