Help Hello

New person here. 39 yr old male from Texas. I have scoliosis and Type 2 Diabetes. I also just got diagnosed with possible syringomyelia from an MRI scan when I went to the ER a few days ago for tingling in my lower 4 extremities and neck pain/discomfort.
