Frown Do i have a concussion and do I need to seek medical attention

Hello. I'm lacey. I'm 25 years old
3 days ago I got hit in the head. Since then I've had trouble with fatigue balance sensitivity to light and I feel like I've slowed down.
This morning about 10am my "allergies" hit me all of a sudden and benadryl doesn't help at all. My nose continually runs and is stuffy. I can't seem to quit sneezing and coughing and my throat is sore
Is the 2 related and should I see a dr?
