If I were to take a look at something like this, I'd probably go to my local Walgreen's or CVS pharmacy. So I'm wondering if there is a particular brand I should look for & also if it's possible to get sufficient amounts of Taurine in a multi vitamin of some sort.

By the way, with regard to losing weight to lessen the load on one's feet, back when I was still a real person (LOL) I was a vocational counselor working with people who had work-related injuries. In that capacity I used to have quite a bit of contact with orthopedic surgeons. They always used to tell patients that for every 5 pounds of extra weight a person loses, it takes 10 pounds of pressure off the legs, knees & feet.

Skeezyks: That sounds like sound advise regarding the load/pressure. Thank-you for that assessment- douglas
