You have to remember that when you go to a Dr. and its WC, there is much paperwork, extra steps involved for your DR.....And on top of that they have to deal with the WC case managers(usually a nurse), that wants to tell the Dr how to treat, or just trying to get the Dr. to sign off on you so they are not liable anymore for your injury!
The workmans comp system is run for profit, so the idea is the less treatment YOU get, the more money THEY keep!.....It is ugly and needs fixing, but we live in a place and time, that corporations are people, and money is free speech.... So that makes US just a pain in their butts! |
