Hi Cam

Welcome to NeuroTalk .

The AD forum here might provide you with helpful information.

Apart from that this link is a good source of resources which could help you Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia | Alzheimer's Association.

Best wishes.

There is so much info out there for us to gather and "try".

For me a 10 yr clinical depression was FIXED by getting thryoid supported after not getting support from doctors...long story.

Magnesium is great for so much including your issues.

Have you searched:

Alternative remedies for each of your issues...

Is your depression clinical or situational, big difference.

Hope you will find your help. C
