Help new member

Hi everyone.
I suffered my injury 1 month ago now, taking a blow to the temple/facial region of my head as a victim of assault.

Since than, my concussion symptoms have varied. Mainly, its the headache, fatigue, insomnia, and just feeling down on myself a lot. At week 2, tinnitus began, and the last week or so, I've began having night terrors waking up in a sweat and shouting some times. It's terrifying.

I am admitted now into a brain injury recovery program as this was a workplace injury.

It's all a bit of a mess, and turning to the forums for some advice in some areas!

Thanks for having me.
