Default Not sure if I belong here.

Hi.
I got hit in the head with a machete in November. I spent some time in hospitals, went home, was getting better everyday, then, bang. I got an abscess in my brain. I don't even want to remember that.
Now, I'm physically OK. I have problems with vision and I think I have l'hemettes syndrome as I get pins and needles at best and often full on shocks when I look down while bending my neck forward.
My physical wound has healed. But I have a big dent in my skull over my occipital lobe. My vision is seriously impaired in the bottom right quadrant. I can't afford further treatment. Is there a chance this will resolve itself?
My doctor also says I have PTSD and gave me pills. I can't take them as they make me feel wrong. I do have problems controlling my emotions.

What to do?
