Default Hello! Undiagnosed and Having a Hard time

Hello! Happy to find this forum!

I am a 46yr old male and really hoping for some help as I am trying to find some clarity with regards to some scary neurological symptoms that have really been affecting me this past year. I will post my details in a more appropriate portion of the forum however wanted to say hello and glad to find a place to share and exchange information and encouragement.
