I had a bad four wheeler accident October of 2016. It has forever changed my life. I'm struggling with trying to feel normal and not worry so much. Even though some of the things I'm going through are pretty terrible and would be tough for unijured people without a TBI to go through. I need to be greatful of what is going good.

Hi Forty
Welcome to NeuroTalk . I am sorry to read about your accident. The TBI/PCS forum (https://www.neurotalk.org/forum92/) is very active so I am sure that if you describe your experiences there you will get a lot of support and helpful suggestions from other members. All the best.
