Hi MVA SURVIVOR

Welcome to NeuroTalk .

There is a discussion of nerve regeneration here Neuroregeneration - Center for Regenerative Medicine - Mayo Clinic Research.

Some people have found that taking supplements can help. There is one of many discussions of this here 6 Supplements for Nerve Health | Botanic Choice.

Also, you could use the Search command (https://www.neurotalk.org/search.php) to find threads where other members have talked about nerve regeneration.

Finally you could post in the General Health Conditions & Rare Disorders forum (https://www.neurotalk.org/forum2/) ; other members may have good ideas.

All the best.
