My name is John Edwards. I am 58 years old and last year was diagnosed with Parkinson's.
My main symptoms are tremors on my right side (hand and leg), balance problems, and loss of blocks of memory. I'm getting by but am constantly aware of my condition.
I love to sing in church, I sang a solos a few weeks ago, I know that next time I will set up a music stand and not try (and I mean try) to hold my music still. Quite a struggle.
Life goes on.
