Default autonomic neuropathy

After 3 years of symptoms and at 36yo I have been diagnosed with Autonomic neuropathy caused by T1 diabetes, I have several of the associated symptoms, sleeping is in hour long blocks I have been told there is nothing they Can do I just have to live with it, i am exhausted mentally, physically. My body feels like it is slowly shutting down as organ functions have been affected quite a lot. Has anyone got any advice, night sweats and toilet every hour are my biggest sleep thiefs, i haven't been able to work out a pattern with the night sweats or toilet habits, it all appears very random and that is causing me a lot of stress.
