Hi AtticusFalcon
Welcome to NeuroTalk . The PN forum (https://www.neurotalk.org/forum20/) is very active so I am sure that if you introduce yourself there yourself there you will get lots of support and good ideas from other members. As far as the possible effects of alcohol are concerned I used to abuse alcohol and developed moderate PN in my hands. I stopped drinking years ago and my PN is now quite mild. That may be an encouraging sign for you. You could check out this thread https://www.neurotalk.org/alcoholism...ml#post1272118 . It is very supportive for members who are at various stages of dealing with alcohol abuse. Best wishes.
