Are you on top of Magnesium. THis mineral has been discussed a lot here and there are plenty of posts on it and Deficiency of Magnesium.

Grape Seed Extract could help with the neuropathy too as I have some and know years of grape seed ex keep it manageable.

I'm 81 soon and hate to say it but old age and wear and tear isn't nice to us as we age. There is so much we can take to help reduce our issues.
