Fish, I am an 81 yr old woman and have NOT had a headache in over 20 yrs, thanks to grape seed extract in my life. I started taking it at about 57 and no colds, flus, allergies, sinus issues and NO Headaches...it's the circulation and keeping the blood flowing and clean.

Now if you take a pharma blood thinner then you can't take both.

Vit C would be helpful too.

I take hardly any pharma drugs but a lot of supplements. Do research on Grape Seed Extract.
