Default Returning after 15 years

I am a 81 year old man , that has had a headache for 13 months, I have had all the tests the doctor and neurologist could think of,I am currently taking 50 mg. Of Nortripiline and getting some relief I have been referred to Mayo 3 times and refused each time. I go by the name Fish.
