Default Bladder problem

I was told I had small fiber nephropathy three months ago. Sense then I have had pain in my hands. But now I am having trouble urinating (slow flow)and having to go around every 30 min.I have seen a urologist and she cant find anything wrong . Could this be part of the SFN
