Default Leg pressure

Can anyone tell me if their neuropathy has caused vice like pressure in your legs and around your knee?

Hi Thebigu

Welcome to NeuroTalk .

Have possible anatomical reasons for what you are experiencing around your knees been investigated?

Best wishes.

Yes
Xrays showed knees are ok...pressure started in calf and over a week moved up to surround my right knee..
Pressure moves around...somes it is more intense in front of or behind my knee...my GP thinks it is idiopathic neuropathy

I have tightness and pressure around my right knee, knee on the side of hip replacement...it's been a mess for over 10 yrs. I know what neuropathy feels like, needles and pins...this is not what knee feels like.

I've had damage done to that knee from infection and then a "clean out" type surgery and it's worse,

So in my case it's advancing arthritis and a friend about 10 yrs younger than me has tight stiff knees also and claims arthritis too.

There are things I take to keep the knee bending and moving and if want to hear what I take let me know.
