Welcome, shondav1!

I have MS (diagnosed way back in 1980) and have diabetic neuropathy as well. I've been haunting message boards for nearly 20 years now and hope that anything I may have learned will be of use to someone.

Hello - I just registered today as a new member. Trying to find my way around the site. Can anyone give me their thoughts on where the best place is to start to get familiarized? Thank you 😊

I'm newly diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy with full body allodynia. I'm taking 2400mg of Gabapentin that's helping some. Looking for help figuring out how to manage the pain. Showers and baths are torture. My clothes and bed sheets causes pain as well. What have others found that works like what to wear and best way to take showers. Thanks for any suggestions.
