oh gotcha, ok, thought the “jabs” that you mentioned were symptoms of getting vaccinated. i got 2 pfizer vaccines and also boostered so thought maybe it was the side effects from that so got scared.
i will research how many mg of sphingolin and ionine to take and go from there.
