Exclamation Lumbar and Cervical MRI results translated PLEASE

This is my first post and
I need help translating my MRIs. I've had some minor back pain for a while but after being injured in an auto accident a month ago, it's been pretty rough. Ive been having numbness in my hands and feet. My legs are cramping and feel weak and my calf muscles jump constantly. I always feel pressure like I need to urinate and my legs went weak and I fell recently. I had to fight and wait an entire month for the MRIs and I need someone to put into Layman's
terms for me PLEASE!

Thoracic conclusions:
A few scattered small Schmorl's nodes. no fracture or disc herniation.

Cervical conclusions:
1. C5-6 mild to moderate right foramen stenosis due to facet and unicinate hypertrophy.
2. C6-7 minor spondylotic disc displacement. Mild to moderate right foramen stenosis due to facet and unicinate hypertrophy.
3. C7-T1 mild right foramen stenosis due to facet and unicinate hypertrophy.

LUMBAR:

1. Minor spondylosis. L3-4 mild diffuse spondylotic disc displacement and facet hypertrophy with nominal abutment of exiting right L3 nerve root.

My doctor is out of the office so I wont have any answers for a few more days and I'm desperate for some answers. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TRANSLATE WHAT THIS MEANS?!?! Thank you!

The other areas can cause symptoms as well, that's when your list of pain/symptoms is needed... so MD, PT or DC can consider if related to the spinal levels indicated..

There are charts like this that may help you for spine/location/areas affected..
