Default Tarlov cyst

hello everyone, I have been found to have cyst in my thoracic spine and bilateral in my c7. Had them for a while. Same old thing always want to give steriods and pain killers. Told them no just makes it worse. Cannot sit or stand legs do not work right and constant dizziness and blurred vision. Doctors mostly say syst cannot cause these problems. Supposedly there is a doctor in Arkansas that does surgery and aspirations. Called they said they do. I do not believe them. Has anyonbe heard of doctors in arkansas who do this. Long drive if they do not. I have found that most neurologist make excuses why these either do not exist, cause problems. Friend of mine told me arkansas is number one drug state. Any help with this.
Thanks
