Tongue Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Makes Me Sad

Hi everyone, I'm 29 and have had symptoms for around 6-7 years. Most likely diagnosis seems to be TOS, but my GP just wants to keep doing EMGs on my arms, which have showed nerve degeneration but not much else. Hoping to find some people willing to believe me and maybe offer some good resources for dealing with it!
