Default TS-HDS IgM antibodies - autoimmune autonomic neuropathy?

Hello, I recently tested positive for TS-HDS IgM auto-antibodies, pointing to some type of small fiber neuropathy.

I was diagnosed w/ ME/CFS before. I have major autonomic dysfunction, and fatigue. But not a ton of pain. Also multiple autoimmune conditions.

I'm hoping to find out more about this type of autoimmune autonomic neuropathy.
