Default Spinal cord stimulators for Peripheral Neuropathy

Seeking information from Peripheral Neuropathy (I happen to be non-diabetic) sufferers that have had experience with Medtronic's Spinal Cord Stimulator. How has this worked for you? Good? Bad?

I also have had surgery on the top of the foot for my PN and have had the Peroneal nerve freed up from entrapment. I had this on both feet. Although pain free for a couple of years on each foot the freedom from pain from the UNentrapment surgery did not last for me longer than that couple of years.
