Default It is unusual--

--for release surgery to be involved in peripheral neuropathy unless there is both direct evidence OF biomechanical compressive effects as a cause AND extensive testing has ruled out more global possible causes of the neuropathy.
This is most common in spinal issues when imaging can directly correlate spinal issues with dermatomic symptoms.

What kind of other evaluations and testing have you had?
