Heart Good CRPS Drs San Fran bay area

Can anyone recommend good doctors familiar with CRPS in SF Bay Area. Also might have R. Arthritis and sjogrens. Also hypothyroidism., all autoimmune issues. I'm also wondering if Medicare covers counseling for CRPS pain. So happy I found this website. Mine is in one foot but thinking in other one. I also get random electrical shocks in random places.
I'm pretty loyal to Dr Terry wahls diet. I'm a Real estate stager and on feet often twelve hours.

Hi, I've had this dreadful crps and it spreads. It's now in both feet and legs and is presently attacking my right arm. I have seen 17 doctors none who could help me, many nev3r heard of condition, all of them had no ideas on how to treat it. I was in a wheelchair for 3 1/2 years. I was terrified that it would spread to my organs. I found treatment in Italy through Medical Tourism of Italy. The doctors there use their patented medication called Neridronate. (Can't import due to patent) I was desperate and drained savings and charged the rest. Treatment last Fall 2020 was $14,000 USD and included hotel, food, transportation and a medical care manager who picked me up and stayed with me for the entire process of care. It takes 4 infusions. Due to pandemic I was able to go for medical treatment and had only 120 hours to be there. Got seriously burned on the airfare. $11,000 roundtrip for 2.
When I got home it took awhile to get used to medication and recover from 16 hour flight from San Francisco. Got home Oct 3rd and was able to get out of wheelchair and walk Dec 3rd! The bestcare you can get in North and South America is from a skilled acupuncturist. Nothing comes close to the neridronate treatment. Mexico and Canada have. Neridronate in trials, this could be another 5-10 years. USA has a long way to go; trump closed Research and Development office which set it all back 4 years. My Italian doctor said diet should be:

No butter
No meat
No dairy
No sugar or very very little
All Vegetables
All Fruit
All food must be fresh, no cans, boxes.
No preservatives-cook fresh food, organic preferred
No Dairy
Beer, pastry,(2) cookies allowed once a week
Coffee OK, with cream/sugar once a week
No opiates, make the
Italian care manager keeps telling me "to move", (try not to sit or lay too much)
Massage affected area as much as possible
I used a heating pad on low for freezing feet, try to keep circulation going
I foundgetting in hot tub helps cold feet and excercises are easier.
Avoid opiates, makes the crap spread. If you can even get them...l will take 1 maybe twice a week. I can't stand the pain.
Forget about sleeping. No sleep will not hurt you.

Wishing you the very best of luck, save time and money, avoid Western medicine. There is no help there at all.
Stay positive and listen to music. Try to distract yourself so as not to fall into depression.
I wish to God they would provide neridronate to the USA. Best to you in your quest for freedom & life.
