i was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis about 3 months ago. Needless to say I am totally freaking out. Not sure I can or want to live like this.
one of my biggest problems is that I cant keep my head upright without a major balancing act and help from my hands.. i originally bought a cheap cervical collar but it is too big and does not help at all. My head just learned how to bend with it on. I am wondering if any of you new friends have found a solution to keeping your head up with some range of motion.. I am new to this site, so i have no idea how to know if anyone responds to this. I shall post this and hope for the best |
