Smile Hi -

I have been diagnozed with hypothyroidism 12 years ago, given 100 mg. of syntroid which kept me sort of walking instead of running, recently I felt much worse, tremors, very cold, fatigue, deppressed, hair loss, rases, and more, two and a half weeks ago I saw to a famous endocynologist who perscribed change of my medication to another Syntroid brand, and added T3 . now I am not feeling better at all, on the contrary - my tremors are back, I am deppressed , I have muscle pain and more.
Iwas thinking to see Dr Stephen langer, to change to armour and to take care of all of the vitamins , minerals and diet issues, anybody can give some feedback ?
Blessings, Nili

Hi Nili,

thank you for the Blessings.

I saw a great Watch Now film from Netflix a couple weeks ago, called Dear Diary. It was in french or Italian, about this film maker who in the last episode is complaining of having itchy feet, and he goes to all the best skin doctors...

it's a good film, because they each prescribe something different...

but then, in the end, it turns out he has a form of cancer where itching is a symptom... so he gets treatment and all is well.

He said he did it exactly as he had it recorded in his diary...

Okay, but what that makes me think of for us, is not that you have cancer, but rather that you may have low vitamin B12.

I was prescribed antidepressants a lot before I learned of my B12 deficiency.

Now, ten years later and a LOT of B12 injections later I don't have depression any more... Not that it has gotten rid of depressing things in my life -- sure wish it could do that!

So, knowing what I now know from my experience, if I were you I'd get some 5mg Methylcobalamin lozenges and take three a day for a week, and take notes every day on any changes in any of my syptoms...

then I'd go to two a day... (really I think I'd stay with more, but I don't want you to be afraid to buy it because of how fast it would be used up.)

You should be able to get it at your health food store.

Be sure to look for Methylcobalamin on the label... where the ingredients are listed. Many bottles that say B12 in big letters on the label, are composed of cyanocobalamin which is not as quick to work... or as effective overall.

It's not a vitamin which can hurt us, so you aren't in danger by making a trial run.
