Default chronic fatigue

Does anyone know anything about being tired all the time? I have been diagnosed with a type of periferal neuropathyand I feel exhausted all the time. It is very difficult for me to walk downstairs because my legs are so weak.

Default Well, peripheral neuropathy--

--can certainly lead to fatigue, especially if motor neurons are involved; it just takes that much more effort to overcome the scrambled nerve signalling and make the muscles do anything.

Welcome to the boards--and specifically, if you want to come visit the neuropathy section here (lot of nice people and expertise) just jump to this link:

Welcome credo

I have PN, but there isn't anything that can be done about my type due to hereditary illness, so I rarely post in the PN forum.

It took a long time, but I just let strangers laugh at the way I walk. I let them laugh at my pain. Have no choice there either because I can no longer kick their butts.

I'm sure you'll find some real gems in the PN forum, even though they walk kinda funny.

Hi Credo and welcome. You'll find everyone here very caring and supportive (and some just plain goofy).

Feeling exhausted all the time just plain sucks, no matter what the reason.
