Default Hello everyone - suspected neuromuscular problem

Hello everyone, new member here. I will try to keep it as short as possible but again without missing out any important info.

In the summer of 2017. I started noticing that my muscles on the left side of the body started acting "strange", as in not contracting properly and also didn't get DOMS after working them out. It first started in the shoulder area but spread around to the whole left side. Did a lot of neurological work and apart from having a Babinski reflex present (only once, later at other exams I didn't have it).

Fast forward to today the symptoms haven't gone away, rather they worsened. For example i have crepitus in nearly every joint possible on the left side of my body + the cervical part of the apine, tingling and numbness in the area of the small finger and ring finger, and also something that feels like arthritis (but tested negative for now) in my right thumb and right pinky finger and also left thumb. Apart from that I sometimes experience days when I feel very weak, especially in the mornings. For example turning the steering wheel, lifting a cup of coffee, screwing a bottle cap etc.

I am a male in my twenties, don't smoke and don't drink. I am scheduled for another MRI of the spone and in the meantime would appreciate any help if someone had a similar experience.

Thank you.
