How are you feeling now Jean? Any thoughts on why you started reverting and sliding back? That must be so discouraging. So what happened?

Sorry for the late answer. I am actually doing great now. It has been almost and a half year since I started the treatment and quit drinking. Now I can even eat sweets and endure stress a lot better. I am back at work, some stress is inevitable. I take it quite well. If I overdo sugar, than some symptoms come back, but they quickly fade. Until now there has been progress, it is better and better. Thank you so much for asking. How about you? How are you?

804 days sober. After more than 2 years of fighting, strict diet and exercise, I managed to have only a few days per month with a very slight disturbance, which does not effect my life or mood anymore. That is 98% symptom free. I wish to continue so. The only symptom for now and only in difficult stressful situations is a very occasional pin in the fingers, but with long intervals, like a few per day. I wish everyone healing and peace.

That's a really great record, jean2399!

You've been doing what you can and I'm sure it's been an uphill battle, but when you look over the long list of symptoms you were having a couple of years ago, you must feel very glad to be free of all or most of them.
