Default Achey limbs post concussion. And Hi !

Hi. I came across you when looking for some online advice etc. As my gp isn't interested in my condition although I have been for an xray to check nothing is broken. It isn't.
I got mild concussion 4 weeks ago when my dog and I accidently banged heads ( she's fine btw! )
It's come as,a shock to me that I'm not feeling better by now but reading this site has shown me it can be a long journey.
Apart from the extreme low energy I'm getting very achey weak legs and get out of breath sometimes. Has anyone else experienced this ?

[extreme low energy I'm getting very achey weak legs and get out of breath sometimes]

Could you have covid..or some type of flu?
Do you have any other symptoms?

How did you manage to bang heads that hard with your dog, and how big is the dog?

No, I've done a covid test and don't have a virus. My other symptoms are ringing ears, headache and dizziness.
I have a large dog, she's very bouncy !
