Default Hello

Hello, I had a stroke last year and was left with numbness and severe burning - "pins & needles" pain on my left side. Initially the numbness and pain was only from my neck to my waist....now it is starting to affect my left leg from the knee to the ankle. I am on meds that make me drowsy and stop working after 3 or 4 hours. Is there other help out there besides neurontin and lyrica????

Hi Candy and Welcome to NT. I'm afraid I'm not gonna be much help on the meds question. I take pain meds, but for muscular and nerve pain. Sorry~~ but this is such an informative and friendly board, so someone will come along soon to help you.

Again....WELCOME!
