Smile PD

Was diagnosed with PD a little over a year ago. Took almost six months before I got over the shock and started taking some med's. I've noticed that my symptoms are slowly getting more noticeable. I occassionaly get slightly depressed, but have learned to overcome it without taking more med's. I've decided that having PD is not going to create "bad or poor" days for me. Now I just have "good" days and "better" days.
I've read numerous books, booklets, bulletins, etc., etc. I'm on a couple of PD Trial lists, but thus far have not qualified for any. I am 74 years old, and that probably limits my chances of getting on any trials.

Hi Jimmy, welcome to NT!

I am thinking that PD stands for Parkinson's Disease? If I'm wrong, I'm very sorry. But if I am right, here's the link: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34

You sure have a wonderful attitude.
