Default whole body neuropathic pain

Hi,
Is there anybody out there suffering from whole body neuropathic pain that takes the form of tingling
(paresthesia) and tinnitus? I am feeling so alone with this condition even though I am getting quite effective treatment, its not absolute and I know the condition is probably for life.
