Smile An Introduction

Hi,
My mom has been diagnosed with Parkinsons and I was referred to this site by a friend who thought I might be able to chat with people in similar caregiver roles. It's a scary position and one that I don't quite feel ready for.

I'm 43, newly married, an English teacher at an alternative school for pregnant and parenting teens.

I'm not great with a computer and forget that I even have one that is attached to the internet at times. I hope that this will be a positive way to get information and support from people who have gone before me.

Thanks.
