Hi Deb,

Welcome

Please check out our peripheral neuropathy forum. THe have some good insight into nerve pain. Below is the link

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/fo...sprune=-1&f=20

B12 has helped a lot with my nerve pain and we have some pretty smart people like Rose who has posted alot on it. THey key is to get sublingual methyl b12. Below is a link to our vitamin forum and one of the posts on B12 and nerve pain.

Hi Deb. I've had depression for a very long time. Luckily I respond to antidepressants and had the help of a wonderful therapist as well.

I'm single with a wonderful son-in-law and my one precious daughter. And the 2 of them gave me my now 2-year-old adorable grandson. Aren't grandchildren the best?
