Confused 29 yrs.old barrett's diagnosis

I am 29 years old married with 4 children.I have just been diagnosed with Barretts esophagus.I also had polyps removed from my colon. They were not cancerous at this time but the pathology showed if left they would have been cancer. In my opinion I am young for this!I want to be as aggressive as possible.I am interested in the Halo system.Anyone have any info?
Thanks,Niki
