Default Hello

My name is Peggy I live in the state of Washington, and own and operate a bed and breakfast there. I have stumbled across this site in my search for more information on prolotherapy.
Several years ago when I was younger and full of energy i was a runner. With flat feet, over the years , wearing high heels every day and then coming home and running 5-7 miles without paying attention to stretching my tendons, I incurred pulling the tibial tendon severely. For many years I was misdiagnosed as having arthritis. So was treated with many types of antiinflammatories / cortisone/ etc etc until i became allergic to the antasaids. Now i stumbled across this procedure. Because this summer i had a group of bycyclists visiting from texas who told me about it.
Two weeks ago I had my first injections, already I am seeing less pain. I am very excited about being pain free and perhaps being able to take my grandchildren to the park and play.
I am interested in reading other peoples stories on this procedure too.
I also have been very involved in educating myself in health and nutritional supplements that have helped me too.
Good to see all the info available.
look forward to talking with you all.
