Default hello L5-S1

Well, my name is Ryan, I've spent 8 and a half years as a Marine Corps Sniper and just recently enlisted to the Army inorder to go to Special Forces. However I have been recently diagnossed with a broad-based right foraminal/right lateral disc protusion at L5-S1. The protrusion measures about 4-5mm. The pain is very minimal for now. I'm 32 years old and my SF selection date is the end of november. I want to conyinue in this line of work. Besides physical thearopy, strechting and core strengthening what can do what kind of treatment should I expect. Also can the disk repair itself. If anyone has a similar experience or knows someone I would very much like to here from them.
