Default Hi, new member

Can anyone tell me what the following means??

I recently had an MRI that read:multilevel degenerative disease and disc displacements most pronounced at the L4 L5 level where broad-based right para central and foraminal protrusion results in indentation of the thecal sac and mild central canal stenosis with abutment of the descending left L% nerve rott and effacement and posterior displacement of the descending right L5 nerve root.
