Default Good day/night/evening to you all

I'm male single in my 50s autistic post-encephalitic with gluten sensitivity and several other pretty average conditions none of them properly recognised as yet by the institutions here in the UK and depressed as well, these days.
I hope I'll find useful info here and I hope I'll not cause any depression to any of you.
